Winter

As I transition back to "my winter", I'll post a few shots of whatever strikes my fancy. Some will be northern land and seascapes, some wildlife, some village "street scenes" and people, and some Alaska Native art.

The mountains in alpenglow are the Alaska Range from 10 miles south of the Denali Highway, while moose hunting last September. The blue tinted shot is early morning looking toward Independence Mine and Hatcher Pass Lodge. The doll is a native "seal hunter" I picked up for "my Angel" in Pt. Hope, Alaska. Enjoy, and stay warm.
